The closer we get to the end of our real estate licensing classes, the more people start to worry about passing the final exam, and then about passing the state exam.

Don't be intimidated by your NJ Real Estate Exam! From the outset, we have structured Garden State Real Estate Academy to have small class sizes so we can have a very close student-instructor ratio. That way, we can spend extra time helping a student if they have a mental block over some of the concepts we teach.

As a real estate school with classes in Cherry Hill, Marlton, and Medford, we also offer special one-day real estate exam preparation cram courses to prepare you for the state exam right before you take it. From 9:30am to 3:30pm on one Saturday a month, we offer coaching in real estate math, and many of the topics that cause most students to fail the exam, such as leases & tenancies, deeds, ownership categories of real estate, licensing law, and much more.

So if you have taken your real estate licensing class at another school, but delayed taking the state exam—and are now worried you have forgotten all the “important stuff,” don’t worry!

If you have taken the state exam and didn’t pass, you failed the exam—but you are not a failure! Maybe a cram course on a Saturday is just what you need to learn some new memory tricks.

One of my favorite Realtors failed her state real estate exam five times before she passed it—and promptly did more than $8 million in real estate sales in her second year in the business.

Our full-day real estate licensing exam prep class costs only $75, and you can register on our website at: www.GSREacademy.com
